Be sure to focus on around the eyes, cheeks, mouth, chin, neck and your head. This allows systematic approach and you will notice what areas you need to improve.

You will need a mirror while performing the facial exercises as it lets you see how good you are doing. You can even do different exercises of the face anytime and anywhere. As you know, face exercises deals most with extending and flexing your face muscles. Blinking or closing your eyes for a few seconds will do some of the tricks. You do this again many times for each eye. You will need to be patient and enduring when you perform this exercise, but as you regularly do this, you will notice that it is rather easy. You can now advance with the parts around your mouth extending and flexing. Follow this guide with other areas on your face.

Typically, flexing and stretching is what is needed to perform the facial exercises. Massaging is also a vital part of the exercise. Use your fingers to massage areas by applying constant pressures on each side. When you make this exercise a habit, you will see favorable changes. As you stare in front of the mirror, you will notice the glow in your face.
