How Microdermabrasion Can Work for You
Acne scars, fine wrinkles and sunspots are all skin conditions that can happen to anyone. Fortunately there are remedies. To improve and even eliminate these conditions, there exists microdermabrasion treatments.
What Is Microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion uses a light abrasion to partially or completely remove what is called the stratum corneum. This is the dead outermost surface of the skin. It can be performed in day spas, doctors' offices, or in the privacy of your own home
The Three Different Microdermabrasion Application Techniques
Crystal Microdermabrasion
Crystal Microdermabrasion systems are the traditional treatment of choice. This procedure involves using a special, hand-held device that blasts a high speed flow of aluminum oxide microcrystals onto the surface of the skin. These tiny crystals perform the exfoliating process. Simultaneously a different part of this device is vacuuming from the skin all the dirt, dead cells and used crystals. There are two strengths that make this effective. The crystals' irregular shape makes them an effective abrader while its aluminum oxide component is the second hardest mineral after diamonds.
Diamond Microdermabrasion
In this procedure a disposable or reusable diamond tipped wand runs across the surface of the skin as the abrading agent.. The benefit is it removes the danger of stray free flying crystals that can hit sensitive areas of the face closer to the eyes or mouth. More exact precision can be applied from this tipped wand as it comes in different shapes and sizes. The negative is that both these procedures require that the patient attends a medical clinic or day spa for at least 6 to 12 sessions. These are hour long sessions costing hundreds of dollars. Fortunately a cheaper and more time efficient skin microdermabrasion treatment is out.
At Home Microdermabrasion
Skin resurfacing products have a new development in that now exists a microdermabrasion cream that can be used from home. It is easy to apply and it produces long lasting results, in particular if the cream is made of all natural ingredients. What a microdermabrasion cream does is it leaves a 'polished' look to your face after it abrades the surface of your skin using tiny particles. After repeated use a discolored or scarred skin surface is gradually removed. The enhancement of the surface skin cell turnover and the collagen and elastin self replenishment are two of its most effective microdermabrasion results.
BIOSKINEXFOL is a microdermabrasion skin cream that has natural biological skin renewal activators that stimulate new skin cells that replace the old and damaged. It contains the special rejuvenating ingredient of snail serum (Helix Aspersa Muller) which has molecules, structures and cells very similar to human skin. This makes it very compatible to replicate its healing effects. It is BIOSKINEXFOL that works so well as a microdermabrasion cream because it can scrub away the top layered skin surface as well as regenerate healthy skin cells. It thereby makes the complete and effective skin care treatment one should give a try.
