Face Exercises

by Jen Hopkins

Americans spend thousands of dollars a year on pricey plastic surgeries to gain artificial beauty. This is a sad waste, because with a little work, one can improve their looks naturally and with no cost. This is because just as working gives one a taught, fit body, one can work the tissues and muscles in the facial area to hold the face more attractively.

In CFF, a combination of exercises serve to give you the balanced, elegant look you desire. It isn't rocket science, including simple and practical actions such as shaving, which effectively restores a healthy look to the skin by killing of dead cells.

I have personally tried many ways to improve facial quality. I once tried isometrics, which constitutes awkwardly holding an electric gadget to your face to stimulate the muscles. It is uncomfortable and must be done for an hour a day. While it helped out a little with wrinkles, there was nothing done for complexion. It simply wasn't sufficient.

The facial exercise programs were either too short, too long, not working fast enough, or they didn't firm up my entire face nor address the wrinkles around my neck. I still wanted a natural skin care program that would be thorough, as well as easy to learn and easy to use.

My experience in the industry of personal care and presentation is deep. I have been a runaway and photographer model, run a clothing company, and taught yoga and aerobics. Through these practices, my knowledge regarding improving one's looks has become vast.

Appearance is especially important in today's society. This is not only applicable for the women. It can affect one's job and even relationships, guys. The caveman days are long gone. Give yourself an advantage in the world and put some real care into your appearance.

A strong incentive to choose the natural route over the surgical procedures is aging. No matter how excellent the surgery is, the body will still change with time and distortions will reemerge. Why pour money into procedures involving needles and drugs every five years? The natural course is the way to go.

One final note on skin care that must not be overlooked is the sun. Sun is the leading damager of skin. Therefore, it is very important to use sunscreen and always lean towards sunless tanners over hours by the pool.
